What to Expect During a Session
We begin by discussing your personal history to identify any, Physical, Chemical, and Emotional stresses, in your body. We assess your spine to identify where your body may have “blockages” along the gateways.
Unlike traditional physical therapies, there is no cracking, popping, or forceful adjustments. You remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on the massage table. Using the Spinal Flow Technique, we apply light, purposeful touch along the spinal, cranium, and feet.
As these gateways are activated, your brain begins to recognise the stored tension. You may feel a “Spinal Wave”—a physical or energetic sensation of movement, deep breathing, or a profound sense of release as your nervous system shifts from “Fight or Flight” into a state of healing and ease.
